Step#1

Imagination is one of the key step for conceiving a pool. However technical as well as legal constraints are also essential to know.

Piscine Prestige will guide you through legal and architectural aspects.

Step#2

Excavation works may be necessary.

Piscine Prestige can manage any excavation work needed.

Step#3

One of the main stages in the building of a pool is the coffering.

The coffering allows to place the steel framework and later the vibrated concrete (350kg of cement per m3).

The coffering also allows visualizing the final shape of the pool.

Step#4

The steel framework is a bit like the pool squeleton. It ensures the pool solidity and long life by maintaining all parts together including decks. Steel bars are placed everywhere inside the basin and on the decks.

Step#5

Any empty spaces outside the coffering are filled with earth before the concrete can be injected in the structure.

Step#6

The pool stand houses any electrical equipment associated to the pool: the pump, water filtering and water purifying equipments, lighting or accessories.

Piscine Prestige will adapt to your configuration and will propose you either below ground or above ground pool stand.

Step#7

The concrete (350kg cement/m3) is injected and simultaneously vibrated in the coffering. The concrete maintained by steel bars now forms the shell of the pool.

Piscine Prestige buys the concrete from a labelized concrete company (NF standard).

Step#8

While pool edges are installed, a first layer of water resistant coating is placed on the walls and in the bottom of the basin.

At that stage of the construction, you can start dreaming about your first dive inside your pool...

Step#9

Would you prefer an immersed deck or traditionnal stairs? Everything is possible with a concrete pool.

Etape 10

IIt is now time for coating the inner part of the basin. You may choose between mosaïc tiles of your favorite color or marble-based coating. You can also combine both.

Step#11

You can now swim and dive as you wish!

With a pool in concrete, you choose a long lasting solution that can also be combined with environment friendly water purification methods.
And if in addition you decide to automate the purification system, then you won't even have any maintenance to care about.
